Warmia – the north-eastern part of Poland. This is where our great sturgeons mature. We breed our mature sturgeons in a non-urbanized region called the ‘green lungs of Poland’, which was included in the Natura 2000 network. It directly borders on a nature reserve, ‘Las Warmiński’ and the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest. The breeding ponds are supplied with crystal clear waters of the Łyna River. There are perfect thermal conditions necessary to breed healthy sturgeons. These perfect conditions translate into exceptional quality caviar. The cleanliness of the location affects the unique taste of caviar.
